communication plays a significant role in our daily life,especially in modern society.since we get along with other people in every field,we must learn how to communicate with people effectively.
effective communication should be planned carefully.first,speak slowly and briefly in order to make ourselves understood completely.second,express ourselves in all sincerity and with warmth.third,concentrate on what the speaker says and appreciate his point of view.moreover,we should give positive feedback by nodding or smiling while listening.fourth,place ourselves in the place of others.

1.重音运用
在生活中经常运用重音，这可以说是一项必不可少的内容。重音具有区别词意的作用，读重读轻表达的意思不一样，重音可分为三种：
(1)语法重音-是按句子的语法规律重读的音。
(2)逻辑重音-是根据演讲说话的内容和重点自己确定。
(3)感情重音-是表达强烈的感情或细微的心理来安排。我们所说的重音不一定重，有时放轻也起了强调的作用。重音有二种，一种是重重音，一种是轻重音。重音又如何体现呢?有四点：第一点是加大音量，第二点是拖长音节，第三点是一字一顿，第四点是夸大调值。
2.停顿技巧
(1)语法停顿。也叫自然停顿，要清楚，在一个词中间是不能停顿的，不然就把意思搞反了。
一般，我们从语法上说，中心语与附加语往往会有一个小小的停顿，书面语用标点符号表示的地方要停顿，停的间时长短不一样，哪些地方该停呢?停顿时间应该是：句号(包括问号、感叹号)>分号>冒号>逗号>顿号。从结构上来说，依次是段落>层次>句子。
(2)逻辑停顿。这是指根据要强调的停顿，逻辑停顿是表达感情的需要。
3.连接的表现力
连接指的就是在书面上标有停顿的地方能够赶快连起来，做到不换气、不偷气，一气呵成，连接的作用，第一，是渲染气氛，第二，增强气势，能表达激情推进内容。表现停连气技巧有三：一是气息要周解。比较大的停顿地方要换气，小的停顿要偷气(不明显的换气)，另外要就一气呵成;第二，接头要扣环。即两个内容相联的句子，第一句的节尾压低，第二句的起音也要低，这样两个句子中的音位差就小，给人感觉环环相扣。第三，层次要抱团。句子的末尾音节不要往下滑，每层的意思要有鲜明的起始感、整体感。

要想拥有好的口才，我们首先要全面的认识口才。其实，我们应该对口才进行一个全新的定义，以往我们说口才，都只是把口才作为一个词来理解，流于表面、肤浅。一个健全的口才，应该由口和才两大部分组成。口主要是我们的口头表达的能力，而才则是我们可供口表达的知识、才学。口才，口与才是缺一不可的，有口无才，便是山中竹笋，嘴尖皮厚腹中空;有才无口，则为茶壶煮饺子，满腹经纶却倒不出来。我们说自己口才不好，要先明白自己所缺的究竟是什么，要了解口才不好种种症状，还可以先选择一个好口才作为一个参照，之后再进一步地把好的口才做一个细分，再进行逐项分析研究。
